Shipping and Returns

All transactions/sales directly made on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD).  You may be redirected to a print on demand site like Spoonflower or Society 6 where you may be able to  choose your local currency.

Shipping
​

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. Domestic orders will be packaged and sent via Australia post. Please note due to COVID-19, postage may be delayed, particularly for international deliveries.  Items like tea towels showing `in stock' will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being received.

  • Some  products may be made to order and will be sent as soon as production is complete.  Please allow 3-7 days for production and an additional 3-20 days for shipping (depending on your location).  

  • DOMESTIC SHIPPING
    We offer a flat rate of $10.95 for standard shipping within Australia and free standard shipping for retail orders over $100. Express post is available for $15.00.   Please note wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping.
     

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    International shipping costs  varies according to the country of delivery. Overseas customers are responsible for any import or local taxes that are payable to customs in their own country.

  • Refer to the Australia Post website for updates on any restrictions. International orders are sent via International Express.

  • Fulfillment and shipping times may be longer than usual due to COVID. There are delays in supply chain including distributors and shipping carriers that make it difficult to estimate exact delivery dates.

 

Will I be charged customs for my order?
  • International shipments may incur customs fees. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

 

How do I track my order?
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with your shipment tracking number. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at contact@cherylbrucecreativ.com

Returns

We hope you love your items, however we understand it is sometimes difficult when ordering online. We will happily accept returns within 30 days for unused and unopened products for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. 

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding non-refundable shipping costs, as soon as possible once we receive the returned item(s). 

Returns should be sent using registered post or a trackable courier; we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.  

Items that are made to order, commissioned or print on demand products are ineligible for a refund.

Sale item
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or we made a mistake in our product picking. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@cherylbrucecreativ.com within 5 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Do you offer exchanges?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@cherylbrucecreativ.com.

Course and digital downloads

We may from time-to-time provides various courses, programs, and associated material for sale on this Site. Cheryl Bruce Creativ grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our courses, programs, and associated material (collectively the “Courses”) for your own personal use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Courses in any manner.

By ordering or participating in Courses, you agree that the Courses you purchase or download may only be used by you for your personal use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company. 

 

By ordering or participating in Courses, you further agree that you shall not sell or exhibit any derivative work based upon the Courses.
