An imperfect line or brushstroke applied with confidence and verve, has more life than an accurate but tentatively applied line.  I have learnt to embrace the `happy accidents', the blooms, and the unpredictable nature of watercolour and hope to achieve a technique that encourages the paint to fall off the brush and mingle on the paper.
